1. Rust Removal Process Key Points: After rust removal, the surface of the steel should reach a rust removal grade of Sa2.5. The surface should be cleaned with brushes and other tools before proceeding to the next process. If the surface of the base steel is wet, wait until the environment meets the construction conditions, then dry the surface moisture with dry compressed air before rust removal; after qualified rust removal, the surface of the steel should show a metallic luster, with rust spots and paint not exceeding 5% per square meter of metal surface. If rust reappears before the primer is applied, it needs to be re-ground and derusted or sandblasted. Do not lower the abrasive requirements to avoid reducing the roughness.
2. Cleaning Process Requirements: When using high-pressure cleaning equipment, the base surface must be cleaned thoroughly, paying attention to crevices, uneven parts, and hidden corners. The base surface must be firm and flat. Uneven or cracked areas must be reinforced before construction; the base surface must be thoroughly cleaned and free of soil, dirt, dust, debris, standing water, oil stains, or loose materials, and the base surface must be kept clean at all times.
3. Anti-corrosion Primer Process Requirements: Before construction, the base surface must be free of loose rust, wetness, standing water, and clean. Avoid construction in rainy weather. Try to use up the paint packaging bucket after opening it on the same day; before using the spray paint, please use a special grinding machine to mix it evenly to ensure that there is no blockage in the high-pressure spray equipment during construction. The spraying process must be even, without accumulation or omissions.
4. Inspection and Touch-up: Carefully inspect weak points in the anti-corrosion of corners, edges, horizontal and vertical overlaps, fan openings, pipes extending from the roof, air conditioning pipes, the junction of metal plates and walls, screw fasteners (wall corners, C-steel, H-steel, cable trays, ceiling hangers, pipes), and other metal roofs (walls, interiors) to ensure that all edges and corners are completely sprayed.
5. Anti-corrosion Topcoat Process: The topcoat must be applied after the primer is completely dry. Use high-pressure spray equipment for construction. The anti-corrosion coating after construction should be uniform in thickness and meet the design requirements; avoid defects such as peeling, accumulation, cracks, warping, blistering, delamination, and poor sealing. Ensure that the base layer is completely covered without gaps. After completion, enter the curing period.
