This paint is composed of modified silicone heat-resistant resin, heat-resistant pigments, filler additives, solvents, etc.
Features and Uses
Dries at room temperature or can be baked dry. Used for surface coating of steel equipment and parts requiring heat resistance and corrosion protection at 100-500℃, and used in conjunction with silicone heat-resistant topcoats (below 500℃).

Construction Reference
1. Surface treatment: Metal substrates must first be degreased, then sandblasted before painting.
2. The paint must be stirred evenly before application. If external impurities are mixed in, it should be filtered before use.
3. Spraying is recommended during application. The viscosity is generally around 15-20 seconds. Dilute with the matching thinner. The paint film thickness is 30-50μm.
Storage and Transportation
1. This product should be sealed and stored in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse, with a storage temperature below 35℃.
2. Prevent direct sunlight, isolate from fire sources, and keep away from heat sources. The effective storage period is one year from the date of production. If the storage period is exceeded, it can be inspected, and if it meets the requirements, it can still be used.
3. This product should be protected from rain and sun exposure during transportation and should comply with relevant regulations of the transportation department.
