This anti-corrosion paint is formulated from chlorinated polyethylene resin, synthetic resin, pigments, fillers, various additives, and organic solvents.
Characteristics and Uses
The paint film is tough, quick-drying, has good chemical stability, excellent acid and alkali resistance, is dense, resists water and corrosive media penetration, and the coating has certain flame retardant and mildew-proof properties. It can be used for anti-corrosion of chemical equipment, marine equipment, ships, and storage tanks.

Construction Reference
1. Spray coating or brush coating, spray viscosity is 20-25 seconds/coating-4.
2. Before coating, the object to be coated should be surface treated. The treated surface should be free of rust, oil, and impurities. Before painting, the paint should be thoroughly stirred evenly, and then applied.
3. If the paint viscosity is too high, it can be adjusted with our company's special thinner.
4. During application, the substrate temperature must be 3℃ higher than the dew point.
5. Theoretical coverage is 180-200 g/m².
6. Recoating interval 8-12 hours.
7. Apply 2-3 coats by spraying or brushing, achieving a dry film thickness of 60-80 micrometers.
Storage and Transportation
1. This product should be stored in a well-ventilated, dry warehouse, protected from direct sunlight, isolated from fire sources, and away from heat sources. Transportation should comply with relevant regulations of the Ministry of Transport.
2. Under the above storage and transportation conditions, the effective storage period is one year. If the storage period is exceeded, it should be re-inspected according to these technical specifications. If it meets the technical indicators, it can still be used.
