Product Description
JFM-B039(839) Long-lasting High-build Antifouling Paint
A high-performance ship bottom antifouling paint composed of acrylic resin as the base, cuprous oxide as the main biocide, and leaching additives, etc. .
Main Characteristics
It can long-term prevent fouling organisms such as barnacles, oysters, calcareous worms, bryozoans, and algae from fouling the ship bottom, keeping the ship bottom smooth and hull speed unaffected. It dries quickly and is easy to apply. One coat by airless high-pressure spray can achieve a dry film thickness of up to 100 micrometers. When the film thickness meets the specified requirements, effective antifouling performance can be achieved.
Uses
Suitable for ship bottoms, docks, offshore platforms, navigation marks, underwater steel gates, and other marine facilities as an antifouling paint to prevent fouling by marine organisms.
Color
Reddish brown, matte

Recommended Coats: The number of antifouling paint coats and dry film thickness depend on the ship's dry-docking interval. The number of coats or film thickness increases with the increase in maintenance interval. Recommendations are as follows:
| Dry-docking Interval (Months) | New shipbuilding: Dry film thickness per coat (μm) × Number of coats | Old ship maintenance: Dry film thickness per coat (μm) × Number of coats | |||||
