This coating is processed and formulated from chlorinated rubber, flaky micaceous iron oxide, plasticizers, additives, and solvents.
Characteristics and Uses
This paint has excellent water resistance, rust prevention, and chemical corrosion resistance, dries quickly, and has good intercoat adhesion. It is used for anti-corrosion of ships, docks, splash zones of steel structures, and petrochemical steel components.

Application Reference
1. This coating can be applied by spraying, brushing, airless high-pressure spraying, etc.
2. The surface to be coated should be free of oil, rust, debris, etc.
3. Before use, stir the paint evenly in the barrel and adjust to the application viscosity with a dedicated thinner.
4. Theoretical coverage: 280 g/m²
High-pressure spraying: 450 g/m²
Brush coating, roller coating: 330 g/m² Dry film thickness: 45-50 micrometers
5. Number of coats: Two coats, 90-100 micrometers
6. Recoating interval: 10-25℃, Above 25℃
12-24 hours, 8 hours
7. The construction site should maintain good ventilation, cleanliness, and dryness. The surface temperature of the substrate should be 3℃ above the dew point.
8. For outdoor operations, construction should be carried out in the absence of sand, dust, rain, and dew.
