Product Description
Epoxy anti-static paint
Epoxy anti-static paint is a two-component paint, divided into primer, mid-coat, and topcoat. It is composed of epoxy resin, conductive materials, anti-rust pigments and fillers, additives, solvents, and curing agents.
Characteristics
Excellent anti-static, oil resistance, and water resistance, good anti-corrosion effect, and the paint film has excellent adhesion and mechanical properties.
Uses
Suitable for anti-corrosion of inner walls of crude oil, gasoline, diesel storage tanks, and pipelines, and corrosion protection of various non-outdoor chemical equipment.

Construction Reference
1. To enhance the anti-corrosion effect of the paint layer, old paint, rust, oil stains, oxides, and other impurities on the substrate surface should be removed before painting. The treated substrate should be painted promptly to avoid re-rusting or contamination reinforce the effect
2. Before use, stir component A evenly, then add component B according to the mixing ratio, stir evenly, let stand for 15-30 minutes for maturation, and adjust the viscosity with a dedicated matching thinner for application and use
3. The prepared paint should be used within 8 hours to avoid curing and waste
4. Pay attention to the environment and temperature during construction. If it is below 10℃, the paint will be difficult to cure and unsuitable for application. The surface temperature of the substrate should be 3℃ above the dew point
5. The number of coats and thickness both affect the resistivity. Apply two coats of primer, one coat of mid-coat, and two coats of topcoat, with a total thickness of 200mm
6. Application methods include spraying, roller coating, and brushing. During application, the coating should be uniform, continuous, and without omissions. For roller coating or brushing, use the cross-coating method
7. Ambient temperature significantly affects the drying of the paint film. The recoating interval at 25±1℃ is 24 hours
8. The construction site should be well-ventilated, away from fire sources, and construction personnel should wear appropriate labor protection equipment
9. Non-carbon series anti-static coatings should be used for oil tank coatings. For other coatings, carbon series or non-carbon series anti-static coatings can be used as required
Storage and Transportation
Shelf life is one year
Transportation should comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department
