Construction Reference
1. The surface to be coated should be clean, dry, free of dust, grease, rust, etc.
2. The substrate temperature should be 3℃ above the dew point temperature. When the substrate temperature is below 5℃, the paint film is difficult to cure and should not be applied.
3. After Component A is evenly stirred, prepare according to the ratio of A:B = 100:10. After curing for 15-30 minutes, adjust the viscosity with a special thinner before application.
4. The prepared paint should be used within 8 hours. Prepare it as needed to avoid waste.
5. To ensure anti-corrosion performance, apply more than three coats. The dry film thickness should reach more than 100 micrometers.
6. The ambient construction temperature has a significant impact on drying. The recoating interval should be determined based on the drying condition of the coating.
7. The construction site should be well-ventilated, away from sources of ignition, and construction personnel should wear appropriate labor protection.
Storage and Transportation
The storage period is one year, and transportation should comply with relevant regulations of the transportation department.
