This product is a two-component coating consisting of modified epoxy resin, anti-rust pigments, curing agents, etc.

Suitable for heavy anti-corrosion coating of high-temperature facilities.

The coating has good sealing properties, excellent adhesion, tough paint film, good wear resistance, impact resistance, and acid-alkali corrosion resistance. It offers excellent water, oil, alcohol, and heat resistance.

Mixing Ratio: Component A:Component B = 5:1 (by weight)

Application Method: Spraying, brushing
Thinner and Dilution Ratio: Epoxy resin coating thinner, 5%-10% by volume.
Surface Treatment: Steel surface blasted to Sa2.5 or hand rust removed to St3 level. Concrete surface must be clean, solid, free of loose peeling and surface salts, and gaps must be filled with suitable putty.
Recoating Interval: (23℃) shortest 24h, longest 7 days. Not suitable for application when temperature is below 10℃.
