Epoxy asphalt primer and topcoat are two-component. Component one, the base paint, is formulated from epoxy resin, asphalt, pigments, fillers, organic solvents, etc. Component two is the curing agent.
Performance and Uses
The primer has good adhesion to metal and cement surfaces. The topcoat forms a strong bond with the primer and is resistant to acid, alkali, salt, moisture, microbial erosion, and has certain insulation properties, but is not resistant to sunlight and oil. It is suitable for anti-corrosion of external walls of underground steel pipelines, as well as anti-corrosion for internal and external walls of pipelines in seawater and fresh water, sewage treatment tanks, mine racks, etc.

Application Reference
1. Before application, stir Component One (base material) evenly, then add Component Two according to the specified ratio, mix both components thoroughly, and let it stand for 15-30 minutes for maturation before use. It can be applied by spraying or brushing.
2. Adjust viscosity with a dedicated thinner.
3. The mixed paint should be used within 8 hours of preparation to avoid waste. Prepare only what is needed for immediate use.
4. The surface to be coated must be strictly free of rust, oil, and dust, and kept dry.
5. Coverage: 120 grams/square meter.
6. Dry film thickness: 30-35 micrometers.
7. Strictly prevent splashing onto face, hands, or skin.
8. This coating film should avoid direct sunlight.
9. Application is not recommended when the temperature is below 10°C.
