This paint is a two-component coating made by grinding and formulating epoxy resin with active pigments, inert pigments, penetrants, thinners, etc., and used in conjunction with a curing agent.
Characteristics and Uses
This paint is a new type of primer that can be used on thinly rusted steel surfaces. It not only inhibits the development of rust but also transforms the rust layer into beneficial components within the paint film. It is suitable for use on steel surfaces with a rust layer thickness of less than 30 micrometers, and also suitable for use on rust-free steel surfaces, or as a first coat primer.

Mixing Ratio: Rust-permeable primer:Curing agent=10:1
Induction Time: (23℃)30min
Pot Life: 4-8 hours
Application Method: Spraying, brushing, or rolling are all acceptable. Not suitable for application when temperature is below 10℃.
Thinner and Dilution Ratio: Compatible thinner ≤20%
Surface Preparation: The substrate should be free of oil, water, and dust. For rusted substrates, the rust layer thickness should be treated to below 30μm. The surface temperature should be 3℃ above the dew point.
