This paint is composed of modified epoxy resin, anti-rust pigments, fillers, additives, and solvents.
Performance and Characteristics
This paint has good adhesion, anti-rust properties, and application performance. It can be air-dried at room temperature or baked dry.
Uses
Used as an anti-corrosion primer for various steel structures such as steel, machinery, chemical equipment, and bridge pipeline exteriors.

Application Reference
1. Spraying, brushing method.
2. Pre-treat the surface of the object to be coated, removing rust, oil stains, moisture, impurities, etc.
3. Stir the original paint evenly before use.
4. If the paint film viscosity is too high, a special thinner can be used for dilution, generally 5%-10% of the paint volume.
5. Theoretical coverage is 150-180 grams/square meter.
6. Recoating interval 24-48h at 20-25℃; adjust recoating interval according to temperature changes.
7. Dry film thickness 35-40 micrometers.
8. This product is flammable. Store it in a cool, ventilated, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and in a warehouse isolated from fire and heat sources. During transportation, prevent rain, avoid collision, and comply with relevant regulations of transportation departments.
9. Product shelf life is one year from the date of manufacture.
