This paint is a two-component system. Component A is prepared from epoxy resin, pigments, fillers, additives, and mixed solvents. Component B is the curing agent.
Characteristics
This paint can be cured at room temperature or by high-temperature baking. The cured coating has strong adhesion to the substrate, high mechanical strength, strong corrosion resistance, and also features moisture resistance, water resistance, alkali resistance, acid resistance, and salt spray resistance.
Uses
This paint is suitable for priming the surface of various large steel structures under harsh corrosive conditions, providing protection.

Application Reference
1. The surface of the substrate must be treated before coating. Sandblasting should be used to achieve a rust removal grade of Sa2.5. For manual or power tool cleaning, achieve St3 grade. The treated surface should be free of rust, scale, and debris, and this paint should be applied within a short time to prevent re-rusting.
2. Before using this paint, Component A should be stirred evenly. Mix Component A: Component B = 100:9 (by weight). After thorough mixing, allow to mature for 20 minutes before application. The mixed paint should be used within 4 hours.
3. Application interval temperature 20-25℃, interval 24-48h. The interval time can be adjusted according to the temperature.
4. Dry film thickness 40-50 micrometers; Theoretical coverage: 180g/m².
5. The application temperature of this anti-corrosion paint should be above 10℃; it will be difficult to cure below this temperature.
Storage and Transportation
1. This product should be stored in a warehouse that is ventilated, dry, protected from direct sunlight, isolated from ignition sources, and away from heat sources. During summer when temperatures are too high, measures should be taken to cool down the storage area.
2. During transportation, this product should be protected from rain and sun exposure, handled with care, and comply with relevant regulations of the transportation department.
3. Under the aforementioned storage and transportation conditions, the effective storage period for this product is one year. If the storage period is exceeded, it should be re-inspected according to these technical specifications; if it meets the technical indicators, it can still be used.
