This paint is formulated from thermosetting acrylic resin, amino resin, imported pigments, additives, and solvents through processing and blending.
Features and Uses
The paint film is bright, hard, highly full-bodied, and vibrant in color. It has excellent corrosion resistance, humidity and heat resistance, and salt spray resistance. It is mainly used for coating metal surfaces such as electromechanical instruments and automobiles.

Application Guide
1. The surface to be coated should be degreased, derusted, free of water and dust.
2. Stir the original paint evenly before use.
3. Application is mainly by spraying, adjusting to the construction viscosity with a special thinner.
4. The thickness of the sprayed paint film should be 25±30 micrometers (dry film gauge).
5. The substrate temperature must be 3℃ above the dew point.
6. Spraying temperature should be controlled between 10-25℃, and humidity less than 80%.
7. The construction site should maintain good ventilation, and operators should wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
Storage and Transportation
This product should be stored in a ventilated, dry warehouse, protected from direct sunlight, isolated from fire and heat sources. Transportation should comply with relevant transportation regulations.
The effective storage period is one year. If the storage period is exceeded, it can still be used after re-inspection and passing the technical requirements.
