This paint consists of alkyd resin and amino resin as base materials, with non-floating aluminum paste, color paste, additives, etc., forming component A; and a curing agent composed of polyurethane resin, etc., as component B. It is prepared by mixing in proportion before use.

Application Reference
1. Before use, stir component A evenly, pour it into a container. Mix component A:component B = 100:25 evenly. After maturing for 10-15 minutes, it is ready for use. Prepare only the amount needed. The prepared paint should be used within 4-8 hours.
2. Spraying Viscosity: Can be adjusted independently based on spray gun nozzle size, temperature, and air pressure. Generally, high viscosity results in small patterns and poor leveling; low viscosity results in large patterns that are easy to level but not full. Recommended spraying viscosity: Coating-4/25℃, 25-35S.
3. Use a dedicated thinner for viscosity reduction. Do not use lacquer thinner or nitro thinner.
4. Curing agent must be stored properly after use, sealed tightly to prevent water infiltration, air leakage, and gelling.
5. This paint strictly prohibits mixing with water, alcohol, acids, alkalis, and other substances.
6. The surface of the object to be coated should be free of rust, oil, water, and debris.
7. The construction site should be well-ventilated.
