A30-11 Amino Baking Insulating Varnish

  This varnish is made from modified alkyd resin, melamine formaldehyde resin, xylene, and butanol.
   Characteristics and Uses
  It has good drying properties, oil resistance, heat resistance, and strong adhesion. It is a Class B insulating material used for impregnating various motors and electrical appliances bond.

   Application Reference
  1. This coating is suitable for application by impregnation method bond
  2. Before coating, the surface of the object to be coated should be kept clean, dry, free of rust, and impurities bond
  3. The application viscosity should be controlled at 30-35 (Tu-4 viscometer/25℃). If the paint viscosity is too high, it can be adjusted with the matching thinner for this paint bond
  4. After impregnation, the object should be left at room temperature until it stops dripping before being placed in an oven for baking bond
  5. The paint film thickness should be controlled at 50±5 micrometers (dry film gauge). If the required thickness is not achieved with one dipping, a second dipping should be performed bond
  6. The construction site should be well-ventilated, and smoking is prohibited bond
  7. Operators should wear appropriate personal protective equipment bond
   Storage and Transportation
  This product should be stored in a well-ventilated, dry warehouse, away from direct sunlight, isolated from fire sources and heat sources. Transportation should comply with relevant transportation regulations bond
  The effective storage period is one year. If the storage period is exceeded, it can still be used after re-inspection according to technical requirements and passing the qualification bond
