Construction Reference
1. Two-component paint. Before use, the base paint (Component A) should be stirred evenly, then add the corresponding amount of curing agent (Component B) (Ratio: Component A: Component B = 4:1). Dilute with the matching thinner, stir evenly again, and use after 20 minutes of maturation
2. The substrate surface should be free of oil, rust, mill scale, and other impurities. The treated substrate should be coated promptly to avoid re-rusting or contamination
3. The mixed paint should be used up within 4 hours to avoid waste
4. The substrate temperature should be 3℃ above the dew point, construction temperature 5-35℃, and relative humidity ≤85%.
5. The number of coats and thickness both affect the resistivity. Apply two coats of primer and two coats of topcoat. Dry film thickness: Primer: 50-60μm; Topcoat: 40-50μm
6. Application methods include spraying, brushing, and roller coating. The coating must be uniform, continuous, and without omissions
7. The construction site should be well-ventilated, away from sources of fire, and construction personnel should wear appropriate labor protection equipment
Storage and Transportation
Valid storage period is one year. Transportation should comply with relevant regulations of the transportation department
