A two-component, room-temperature curing primer composed of polymer resin, polyurethane resin, coloring pigments, anticorrosive pigments, heat-reflective functional powders, additives, anhydrous solvents, thermal insulation materials, pigments, fillers, and other auxiliaries.
Features
For steel, it has a tough film, good adhesion, and excellent anticorrosive, water-resistant, acid-alkali resistant, and rust-proof properties.

Application Guide
1. This paint can be applied by spraying or brushing, airless spraying or air spraying is recommended.
2. The surface of the object to be coated should be cleaned, free of oil, rust, and impurities; sandblasting is recommended.
3. Special thinner must be used for spraying primer.
4. Mix the primer and hardener in a ratio of 6:1. Apply after maturation. The prepared paint should be used within 6 hours to prevent waste.
5. Substrate temperature should not be lower than the dew point by 3℃, and relative humidity should not exceed 65%.
6. Recoating interval 10℃ 20℃ 30℃
