Construction Reference
1. Surface treatment: The surface to be coated should be free of rust, oil, and impurities.
2. When using, first stir component A evenly, then add the specified amount of curing agent and stir evenly. This paint provides the best results with multiple spray coats. The spray viscosity should be determined by the size of the orange peel texture.
3. The texture effect of orange peel paint is highly related to the application, involving various factors such as spray viscosity, spray pressure, and spray gun nozzle size.
4. Use a dedicated thinner.
5. The mixed paint should be used within 4 hours to prevent curing and waste.
6. Mix only the amount needed. Unused curing agent should be tightly sealed to prevent air entry and gelling.
7. This product is flammable. Store it in a cool, ventilated, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and isolated from ignition sources and heat sources in the warehouse.
8. During transportation, protect from rain and sun exposure, avoid collisions, and comply with relevant regulations of the transportation department.
9. The storage period is one year.
