This paint is a two-component system. Component A is formulated by mixing short oil alkyd resin, flaky mica iron oxide, anti-rust pigments, additives, and solvents; Component B is the curing agent.
Features and Uses
This paint can be cured at room temperature or by high-temperature baking. After curing, the paint film has high hardness, good adhesion, and excellent resistance to chemical corrosion, water, abrasion, and impact. It is mainly used for the surface of bridges, ships, dock facilities, vehicles, mines, and various steel structures to enhance their sealing and anti-corrosion properties.

Construction Reference
1. This paint can be applied by brushing, spraying, or roller coating.
2. Before application, component A should be stirred evenly. Then, according to the ratio: Component A:Component B = 6:1 (by weight), mix evenly, allow to mature for 15-20 minutes before use. The mixed paint should be used within 4 hours.
3. This paint must be thinned with the matching polyurethane thinner. The thinning ratio is 10-20%.
4. Recoating interval: 4h-24h (23±2C).
5. Theoretical coverage: 140-150g/m.
6. Each coat film thickness: 35-50μm (dry film).
7. The construction site should be well-ventilated, clean, and dry. The surface temperature of the substrate should be 3℃ above the dew point.
8. This product is a two-component paint, so mix only the amount needed to avoid waste.
Storage and Transportation
Valid storage period is one year. Transportation should comply with relevant regulations of the transport department.
