This paint is a two-component system. Component A is formulated by mixing short oil alkyd resin, flaky micaceous iron oxide, anti-corrosive pigments, additives, and solvents; Component B is the curing agent.
Characteristics and Uses
This paint can be cured at room temperature or by high-temperature baking. After curing, the paint film has high hardness, good adhesion, excellent chemical corrosion resistance, water resistance, abrasion resistance, and impact resistance. It is mainly used for the surfaces of bridges, ships, port facilities, vehicles, mines, and various steel structures to enhance their sealing and anti-corrosion properties.

Application Reference
1. This paint can be applied by brushing, spraying, or roller coating.
2. Before application, component A should be stirred thoroughly, then mixed according to the ratio: Component A: Component B = 6:1 (by weight). After mixing evenly, let it mature for 15-20 minutes before use. The prepared paint should be used within 4 hours.
3. This paint must be thinned with a matching polyurethane thinner. The thinning ratio is 10-20%.
4. Recoating interval: 4h-24h (23±2℃).
5. Theoretical coverage: 140-150g/m².
6. Each coat film thickness: 35-50μm (dry film).
7. The construction site should maintain good ventilation, cleanliness, and dryness. The surface temperature of the substrate should be 3℃ above the dew point.
8. This product is a two-component paint, so mix only the amount needed to avoid waste.
Storage and Transportation
Effective storage period is one year. Transportation should comply with relevant regulations of the transport department.
