Construction Reference
1. Can be applied by brush, spray, or high-pressure airless spray. Thinner usage 10-15%, dedicated thinner. The surface of the object to be coated should be free of oil, water, and impurities, and the temperature should be 3℃ above the dew point.
2. Mixing ratio: Component A:Component B = 4:1 (for indoor use), Component A:Component B = 6:1 (for outdoor use). Paint mixing method: After opening the paint drum, stir evenly, add the curing agent according to the specified ratio, mix and stir well, then allow to mature for 10-15 minutes before use. Prepare only as much as needed, and the mixed paint should be used within 4 hours. When applying to a puttied surface, the putty layer must be completely dry, otherwise, the quality will be affected.
3. Spraying viscosity 18-22S (Coating-4/25℃), spraying dry film thickness 25-30μm.
4. It is strictly forbidden to mix water, alcohol, acid, alkali, and other substances into this paint.
5. Remaining curing agent must be properly stored, tightly sealed, to prevent water seepage and air leakage, which can cause gelling and deterioration.
6. This product is flammable. When storing, it should be placed in a cool, ventilated, and dry place, protected from direct sunlight, isolated from ignition sources, and away from heat sources in a warehouse. During transportation, it should be protected from rain, direct sunlight, and collisions, and must comply with relevant regulations of the transportation department.
