This paint is composed of special acrylic resin, imported light-fast pigments, fillers, organic solvents, and additives.
Characteristics and Uses
Primarily used for airless spray coating on colored tile production lines, also for manual or mechanical spraying on various types of tiles. Its main advantages include vibrant colors, preventing concrete weathering and leakage, long-term color retention, and self-cleaning by rain.

Construction Reference
1. Cement products must first undergo 28 days of curing to allow for complete efflorescence.
2. Before use, the paint should be thoroughly stirred and filtered.
3. During application, the tile surface should be free of moisture, oil stains, or other substances that may affect paint application. Avoid rain exposure until the paint film is hard dry after spraying.
4. Manual pneumatic spraying: Various colors of acrylic tile paint:special thinner = 1:0.3-0.5. After dilution, apply as a primer, i.e., control the viscosity to 18-22S (涂-4/25℃) for spraying.
5. Clear topcoat: Acrylic resin paint:special thinner = 1:0.3, applied as a clear topcoat. Due to varying climate and environmental factors, customers are advised to adjust the ratio themselves to ensure good application performance of the tile paint.
6. Shelf life is one year; store in a cool, dark place.
