This paint is formulated from acrylic resin, lamellar micaceous iron oxide, plasticizers, auxiliaries, and solvents.
Characteristics
This paint offers good water resistance, rust prevention, and chemical corrosion resistance. It dries quickly and is used for anti-corrosion of steel structures and petrochemical steel components as an intermediate coating.

Application Guide
1. This paint can be spray-applied or brush-applied (ensuring the continuous integrity of the paint film).
2. The surface to be coated should be free of oil, water, and impurities.
3. Before use, stir the paint in the drum evenly and adjust to the appropriate application viscosity with a dedicated thinner.
4. Theoretical coverage: Approximately 280g/m²
High-pressure spraying: Approximately 450g/m²
Brush application: Approximately 330g/m², dry film can reach 45-50μm
5. Number of coats: 2 coats, 90-100μm.
6. Recoating interval: 12-24h at 10-25℃

7. The construction site should be well-ventilated, clean, and dry, and the surface temperature of the substrate should be 3℃ above the dew point.
8. Outdoor operations should be carried out in the absence of dust, rain, or dew.
