  Water-based inorganic zinc-rich paint is a two-component anti-corrosion coating composed of ultrafine zinc powder and a new type of binder.
  Features
  This coating has excellent electrochemical anti-corrosion properties, oil resistance, heat resistance, weather resistance, and is non-toxic. It is a long-lasting anti-corrosion coating and can be used as a shop primer.
  Uses
  Used for petrochemicals, storage tanks, storage vessels, offshore platforms, large steel structures, etc.

   Construction Reference
  1. Substrate treatment: The surface of the object to be coated should be sandblasted or shot blasted to Sa 2.5 grade, and kept clean.
  2. Mix and prepare for immediate use. According to the ratio of Component A (zinc powder) : Component B (binder) = 7:3, mix and stir evenly before application. Stir continuously during application to prevent zinc powder precipitation.
  3. Construction should preferably be carried out in dry, clear weather. The substrate temperature should be at least 3℃ above the dew point, and relative humidity should be below 80%.
  4. Recoating interval: Minimum 5℃ 25℃

   Maximum time is unlimited, but zinc salts must be removed before recoating.
  5. Film thickness: 30-50 micrometers is recommended.
