Composition
Nitrocellulose primer, made of nitrocellulose alkyd resin, pigments, fillers, plasticizers, and mixed solvents.
Performance
This product is applied to the substrate of an object and dries to form a film as the solvent in the paint evaporates. Its paint film dries quickly, has good anti-corrosion and anti-rust properties, high hardness, good interlayer adhesion with topcoats, wide compatibility, and excellent interlayer adhesion with various types of paints.
Usage
It is applied to the substrate of objects for anti-corrosion and anti-rust purposes. It can be used in fields such as automobiles, metal products, instruments, and meters.

Application Requirements
① Before use, stir this paint thoroughly and evenly, adjust viscosity and filter for use (use matching thinner). Dilution ratio paint: thinner = 1:0.7-0.8
② Before coating, the surface of the object to be coated should be treated. The treated surface should be free of oil, rust, water, and impurities. Then apply the coating. The surface temperature of the object to be coated should be 30C above the dew point.
③ Apply by spraying or brushing. The dry film thickness per coat should be 20-255m. Outdoor construction is not recommended on cloudy days, rainy days, windy days, or when humidity is above 85%.
④ Spraying: Inlet pressure: 0.4-0.6Mpa (4-6kg/cm 2 )Nozzle diameter: 2-3mm
⑤ Safety Protection: The construction site should have good ventilation facilities. Painters should wear masks, glasses, gloves, and other labor protection equipment to avoid skin contact and inhalation of solvent paint mist. Smoking is strictly prohibited at the construction site, and all sources of fire must be isolated.
⑥ Under specified storage conditions, the shelf life is one year from the date of manufacture. After exceeding the shelf life, it should be inspected, and can only be used if it passes the inspection.
