Composed of epoxy resin, zinc phosphate, pigments, fillers, additives, solvents, and curing agents, it is a two-component anti-corrosion primer.
Usage
Excellent rust resistance, oil resistance, and salt spray resistance. Suitable as an anti-corrosion primer for steel structures such as gas tanks, underground pipelines, chemical equipment, and engineering buildings.

Construction Reference
1. The surface to be coated should be dry, clean, and free of dust, oil, moisture, rust, etc.
2. The substrate temperature should be 3℃ above the dew point temperature.
3. After component A is stirred evenly, prepare according to the ratio paint:curing agent = 100:10, stir evenly, let it stand for 15-20min for maturation, then adjust the viscosity with a special thinner before application.
4. Spraying, brushing, or roller coating are applicable methods.
5. The prepared paint should be used within 6 hours to prevent curing and waste.
6. Ambient temperature significantly affects paint film drying; do not apply below 10℃. The recoating interval should be determined based on the drying condition of the paint film. At 20-25℃, the interval is 12-24 hours.
7. Tools used should be cleaned promptly for future use.
8. The construction site should be well-ventilated, away from sources of fire, and construction personnel should wear personal protective equipment.
Storage and Transportation
The storage validity period is one year. Transportation should comply with relevant regulations of the transportation department.
