Construction Reference
1. Brushing, spraying, and high-pressure airless spraying are all acceptable. Before coating, the surface of the object to be coated should be sandblasted to Sa2.5 grade, or hand-derusted to St3 grade. The surface of the object to be coated should be free of oil, water, and impurities, and the temperature should be 3℃ above the dew point.
2. Mixing ratio: Component A: Component B = 6:1. Paint preparation method: Stir the paint evenly after opening the barrel, add the curing agent according to the specified ratio, mix thoroughly, then let it mature for 10-15 minutes before use. Prepare only as much as needed, and the prepared paint should be used within 4 hours.
3. It is strictly forbidden to mix water, alcohol, acid, alkali, or other substances into this paint.
4. The remaining curing agent must be properly stored, tightly sealed, to prevent water seepage and air leakage, which could lead to gelling and deterioration.
5. This product is flammable and should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated, dry place, away from direct sunlight, isolated from fire sources, and far from heat sources. During transportation, it should be protected from rain, sun exposure, and collision, and should comply with relevant regulations of transportation departments.
