Component A consists of hydroxyl acrylic resin as the base material, with various pigments, additives, and solvents. The curing agent serves as Component B. It is prepared by mixing in proportion before use.
Performance
This paint possesses excellent physical and mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, strong adhesion, high hardness, high gloss, excellent gloss and color retention, good acid, alkali, and salt spray resistance, and outstanding oil and water resistance.
Uses
Widely used for anticorrosive coatings on various steels, bridges, oil tanks, and steel structures.

Application Notes
1. This is a two-component paint, suitable for spraying and brushing.
2. Substrate treatment: The surface should be degreased and derusted. Primed surfaces must be sanded, dusted, cleaned, and appear like frosted glass (no bright spots), otherwise, the adhesion of the paint film will be affected.
3. The ratio of paint to curing agent is 6:1 for external use and 4:1 for internal use. It should be strictly prepared according to the ratio provided by the manufacturer; only mix as much as needed, otherwise, the hardness, gloss, and weather resistance of the paint film will be affected. The mixed paint should be used within 4-8 hours. Unmixed paint should be sealed well, otherwise, the curing agent may gel and become unusable.
4. The thinner dosage for this paint is 10-20%, using a dedicated matching thinner. The application viscosity should be adjusted independently according to actual conditions.
5. The paint must be stirred evenly before adding the curing agent.
6. Spraying viscosity (Tu-4 cup/25℃), 18-23", single coat thickness 25-30μm, one kilogram of paint can cover 8-10m² per coat.
7. Spraying temperature: 5-40℃; Humidity: 65±10%.
8. Air spraying: Spraying pressure: 2-4 bar, spray gun nozzle diameter: 1.5mm-2.0mm.
9. Recoating interval: primer more than 24h, topcoat 8h. Higher ambient temperature can shorten the recoating time.
10. This product is flammable; smoking is prohibited at the construction site. When storing, it should be placed in a ventilated, dry place, protected from direct sunlight, isolated from fire sources, and kept in a warehouse away from heat sources. During transportation, it should be protected from rain and sun exposure, collisions should be avoided, and it should comply with relevant regulations of the transportation department.
11. It is strictly forbidden to mix this paint with water, alcohol, acids, alkalis, or other substances.
12. Product storage period: One year from the date of manufacture.
