This paint is prepared by grinding and processing chlorinated rubber, plasticizers, anti-rust pigments, fillers, solvents, additives, and other components.
Performance
The paint film dries quickly, has good adhesion, excellent water resistance and anti-corrosion properties. The paint film is dense, water-resistant, and highly impermeable, allowing construction to be carried out in environments ranging from -20 to -50℃.
Usage
Suitable for anti-corrosion and rust prevention of steel structures and ships, etc.

Application Reference
1. This paint can be sprayed or brushed, with a theoretical coverage of 150-180 g/m²
2. Stir the paint liquid in the barrel evenly first, then adjust the viscosity with a special thinner.
3. The application interval is 8-20 hours. When the temperature reaches 25℃, it can be 6 hours. It can be adjusted according to the actual construction temperature.
4. The paint film thickness should be 25-35 microns. (Based on dry film)
5. The surface to be coated should be free of rust, oil, water, and debris. Sandblasting for rust removal should reach Sa2.5 grade, and manual rust removal should reach St3 grade.
6. Store in a cool, dark place for a shelf life of one year.
7. The temperature of the surface to be coated should be 3℃ higher than the dew point.
