Construction Reference
Application method: This paint can be applied by spraying, dipping or brushing.
Surface treatment: Degrease and derust the coated surface, free of debris.
Spraying viscosity: 20-25 seconds Coating-4/25℃ Brushing viscosity 45-60S Use a special thinner to dilute to application viscosity.
Recoating interval 3-6 hours, theoretical consumption 120-130 grams/square meter.
Spraying thickness: For coatings with anti-corrosion requirements, spray no less than two coats, with a dry film thickness of not less than 50 microns.
Precautions
1. The original paint must be stirred evenly before use.
2. If the substrate temperature is not lower than the dew point by 3℃ and the humidity is greater than 85%, it is not suitable for application.
3. The construction site should maintain good ventilation.
4. Outdoor operations are not suitable for construction on windy or rainy days.
