Construction Notes:
1. Opening and Stirring: Stir the coating thoroughly until there are no sediments at the bottom of the barrel and no color difference before application.
2. Drinking Water Tank Paint Surface Treatment Requirements: When coating metal surfaces, shot blasting and rust removal must meet national standard Sa2 level. Keep the surface dry, free of oil, dust, and other foreign matter, and apply within 4 hours.
3. Theoretical Coverage Rate: Under dry film thickness conditions of 80~100 micrometers, 0.25~0.3 kg/square meter.
4. Thinner Usage: If the coating is too thick, an appropriate amount of special thinner can be added, with a dosage of 3~10%.
5. Application Methods: Spraying, brushing, and roller coating are all acceptable.
