Uses
Epoxy drinking water tank paint does not contain heavy metals, and its dry film has no irritating odor, meeting national environmental protection standards. It is a special coating for drinking water containers, the inner walls of drinking water pipes, drinking water tanks, etc.
Construction Notes:
1. Open and stir: Stir the paint thoroughly until there is no sediment or color difference at the bottom of the barrel before coating.
2. Drinking water tank paint surface treatment requirements: When coating metal surfaces, sandblasting and shot blasting to national standard Sa2 level are required. Keep the surface dry, free of oil, dust, and other foreign matter, and apply within 4 hours.
3. Theoretical spreading rate: Under dry film thickness of 80~100 micrometers, 0.25~0.3 kg/square meter.
4. Thinner dosage: If the paint is indeed too thick, an appropriate amount of special thinner can be added, with a dosage of 3~10%.
5. Application methods: Spraying, brushing, and roller coating are all acceptable.
