This paint is a two-component anti-corrosion paint composed of epoxy resin, pigments, glass flakes, additives, solvents, and curing agents.
Characteristics
Good abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and excellent resistance to medium penetration. Low shrinkage, good interlayer adhesion
and good adhesion to various substrates.
Uses
This product is widely used for internal anti-corrosion of storage tanks and pipelines, and coating protection for non-outdoor equipment and steel structures.

Construction Reference
1. The surface of the object to be coated should be dry and clean. If the base coat has been applied for too long, it should be sanded to avoid affecting the adhesion of the paint film.
2. The construction environment temperature should be 10-35℃. It is difficult to cure and not easy to apply when the temperature is below 10℃.
3. After component A is stirred evenly, add component B according to the ratio of paint:curing agent = 100:19, stir evenly, let it stand and mature for 15-30 minutes, then adjust the viscosity with a special thinner before construction.
4. Application can be done by spraying, brushing, or rolling.
5. The prepared paint should be used within 6 hours to prevent curing.
6. Ambient temperature has a significant impact on the drying of the paint film. The recoating interval should be determined based on the drying condition of the paint film. When the temperature is 20-25℃, the interval is 12-24 hours.
7. Tools should be cleaned promptly after use for future use.
8. The construction site should be well-ventilated, away from sources of ignition, and construction personnel should wear personal protective equipment.
Storage and Transportation
The storage period is one year.
Transportation should comply with relevant regulations of the transport department.
