Various colors of acrylic colored tile paint
This paint is composed of special acrylic resin, imported sun-resistant pigments, fillers, organic solvents, and additives.
Characteristics and Uses
Primarily used in airless spray coating for colored tile production lines, and also for manual or mechanical spraying of various tiles. Its main advantages are vibrant colors, preventing concrete weathering and leakage, long-term color retention, and self-cleaning by rain surface.

Application Reference
1. Cement products first need 28 days of curing to allow for full alkali blooming and remove it in advance to avoid affecting the adhesion.
2. Before use, this paint should be thoroughly stirred, mixed evenly, and filtered.
3. During application, the tile surface should be free of moisture, oil stains, or other substances that might affect paint application. After spraying, avoid rain until the paint film is fully dry.
4. Manual pneumatic spraying: Various colors of acrylic colored tile paint:special thinner = 1:0.3-0.5. After dilution, spray as a primer, i.e., control the viscosity at 18-22S (Tu-4/25℃) for spraying.
5. Topcoat clear varnish: Acrylic resin paint:special thinner = 1:0.3 for topcoat spraying. Due to different climate and environmental factors, customers are advised to adjust the ratio themselves to ensure good application performance of the colored tile paint.
6. Storage shelf life is one year, store in a cool, dark place.
