Application Reference and Precautions
① Stir the paint well before use.
② If the viscosity is too high, an appropriate amount of alkyd thinner can be added.
③ The substrate should be dry, free of dust, oil, moisture, wax, etc. If the substrate is an old paint film or too smooth, it should be sanded first before application.
④ Each coat should ideally be 20-30μm thick.
⑤ After baking the paint film at 60-70°C, water resistance can be significantly improved.
⑥ The application site should be well-ventilated and dry.
⑦ The shelf life is one year; if beyond the shelf life, the paint can still be used if there is no significant change in its quality.
