Composition
Nitrocellulose topcoats are mainly composed of nitrocellulose, alkyd resin, pigments, additives, plasticizers, and mixed solvents.
Performance
This product forms a dry film on the object's surface as the solvent in the paint evaporates. Its paint film dries quickly, is flat and smooth, has good gloss, good weather resistance, high hardness, and excellent sanding performance.
Uses
Widely used for anticorrosion and decorative purposes in various fields such as woodworking, furniture, automobiles, metal products, instruments, and meters.
Main Technical Specifications
① Viscosity ≥ 70 seconds / Cup-1
② Drying time: Surface dry 10min; Hard dry: 50min

④ Adhesion: Level 2 or above
Application Requirements
① Primer: Use nitrocellulose primer, and keep the object surface clean and free of dirt.
② Substrate temperature should be 3℃ above the dew point.
③ After opening the barrel, stir the paint evenly, add thinner, adjust viscosity. Dilution ratio, paint:thinner = 1:0.7-0.8, use matching thinner.
④ Application method: Suitable for spraying and brushing. When working outdoors, avoid application on cloudy, rainy, windy days, or when humidity is greater than 85%.
⑤ Spraying, intake pressure 0.4-0.6Mpa (4-6kg/cm 2 ) Nozzle diameter: 2-3mm
⑥ Interval time per coat: After spraying, wait for surface dry. Generally, 20min is advisable for a second coat. To ensure film fullness, it is recommended to apply three or more coats.
⑦ Safety protection: The construction site should have good ventilation equipment. Painters should wear masks, safety glasses, gloves, and other labor protection tools to avoid skin contact and inhalation of solvent spray. Smoking is strictly prohibited at the construction site, and all ignition sources must be isolated.
⑧ Under specified storage conditions, the shelf life is one year from the production date. After expiration, it can continue to be used if inspected and found to be qualified.
