Liaoning Jinfeima Paint Co., Ltd. (formerly Shenyang Chemical Paint Factory) was founded in 1976, with the registered trademark Jinfeima. From the conversion in 1995 to today, through scientific management and technological innovation, it has ushered in the glory of "Jinfeima" today, becoming a large-scale private paint group company integrating R&D, production, processing, and sales.
In 2002, the company invested heavily in introducing a complete set of imported equipment and high-end technical personnel, developing a series of heavy anti-corrosion industrial coatings suitable for many anti-corrosion industries such as petroleum, construction, steel, and shipbuilding. In 2009, a new factory was invested and constructed in the Tieling Chemical Industry Park, and the new factory was put into operation in 2018. The new factory has a total investment of 2 billion yuan, covers an area of about 600 mu, and is equipped with advanced fully automated production equipment; it has advanced process flow; and a rigorous production management system. The annual output can reach 500,000 tons, with an output value of nearly 10 billion.
